• Services - All paid services are exchangeable but not refundable.

• Products - Skin care products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the product is opened or used. Unopened and unused products in all of the original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a credit within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Certificates - Gift certificates issued by ReNew may be used for all services or products, but have no cash value. Gift Certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificates are required to be present at the time of service and must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gratuity - Accepted for spa treatments only and not physician services. The gratuity is not included in your spa treatment fee or gift certificates.

Staff Selection - You may choose an alternate staff member for services at any time. We are here to make you comfortable and to accommodate you.

Cancellations - Please provide at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellations.

Payment - We are pleased to accept debit, personal checks and major credit cards. We also provide financing. Our receptionist or office administrator will provide you with more details concerning financing.

Protection - Please leave all jewelry and accessories at home. We cannot be responsible for damaged or loss items.
